Privacy statement
FDF, the Food and Drink Federation, is a trade organisation representing the
UK food manufacturing industry.
The information you have supplied to us via registration will be held
securely. Your registration details will be used by us to administer your
account, to update our membership records, to support the security of the
members only area of the FDF website, and to gather information about use of
the FDF website. In order to develop FDF's website so that it closely meets
the needs of members, we will be tracking individual user sessions. The
information gathered will be limited to which pages are viewed and for how
long plus time and date of viewing. This data will be used to evaluate how
members collectively use the FDF website, not to examine individuals' use
of the site. This data will be strictly confidential, will not be passed
on to any third party and will be used solely for improving the services
FDF provides to its membership.

Information which is made available to FDF members via the password-protected
members area of the FDF website is confidential and is available only to members
of FDF. Unless permission has been given by FDF, no information or documents from
the password-protected members area of the FDF website is to be passed in any
form to individuals or organisations which are not FDF members.
