In order to paint a picture of a vibrant food and drink manufacturing industry, the Scottish Food and Drink Federation made two films to do just that.
Our films, 'A World of Opportunities' and 'A Future in Food', illustrate the
varied and exciting career opportunities that are available within our
industry.
A World of Opportunities film
Our short film showcases this vibrant and forward looking industry, an industry
that is constantly changing to keep up with consumer demand.
The food and drink manufacturing industry can offer rewarding careers and
opportunities for rapid progression. From nutrition and food science through to
operational efficiency, engineering, logistics, marketing, IT, product
development
and environmental management.

A future in food film
The film A Future in Food features a range of young people employed in or
aspiring to join the food and drink industry. They discuss their careers, how
they
made their career choice, the importance of courses, qualifications and work
placements, and more importantly, why they think it is such a great place to
work.
