Established in 1993, building upon the ground breaking research by Professor
Peter Hines, S A Partners is a leading provider of Lean Consulting and Training
Services operating globally, with a head office near Cardiff, UK and established
businesses in the Republic of Ireland and Australia. S A Partners is dedicated to
helping organisations improve their performance by working to Lean Principles.
Our development and training programmes are aligned to the Cardiff University,
Lean Competency System (LCS), for which we are an accredited certifier.
What distinguishes us is our Lean Business Model ®, which incorporates the
learnings of many years experience in the field and academic research by thought
leaders in Lean business improvement, including Professor Peter Hines, co-founder of
the Lean Enterprise Research Centre at Cardiff University. Through our links
with the academic community we can maintain our position at the forefront of Lean
Thinking, and feedback real life learning examples to those individuals studying
to become Lean practitioners.
