Guideline Daily Amounts Adopters Forum 2010: Bringing GDAs to Life in Your Business

SFDF / IFST / REHIS Symposium 2010 – The Future of Food: understanding the importance of technology options

Over 95 representatives from the food and drink industry, government, regulators and other key stakeholders attended the SFDF 8th Annual Symposium on 22 April 2010 in Edinburgh.

Hosted in conjunction with the Institute of Food Science and Technology and The Royal

Environmental Health Institute of Scotland, it lived up to expectations by setting the scene in helping to identify solutions to the pressures facing the future of the industry

For over 55 years the BCCC Annual Conference has brought together food scientists and technologists, new product development experts, engineers, production and marketing executives.

The 57th Annual Conference was entitled Looking Forward to Sweet Success, with sessions covering Food Chain Issues, Waste & Sustainability, Ethical Sourcing, Ingredients & Nutrients and Legal & Consumer Pressures.
