The Scottish Food and Drink Federation (SFDF) represents the interests of the
food and drink manufacturing industry in Scotland. Employing around 50,000
people
and with annual sales in the region of £7.6 billion, food and drink is the
largest manufacturing sector in Scotland and a vital contributor to the
economy.
Our
short careers film showcases this vibrant and forward looking industry, an
industry that is constantly changing to keep up with consumer demand.

Delivering on our Five-fold Environmental Ambition
The Food and Drink Federation (FDF) launched its Five-fold Environmental
Ambition in October 2007 which committed, on behalf of our members, to make a
significant contribution to improving the environment by targeting those areas
where we
felt we could make the biggest difference. This video documents some of the
ways
FDFs members are fulfilling this ambition.
