SFDF / IFST / REHIS Symposium 2011
Over 90 representatives from the food and drink industry, government, regulators and other key stakeholders attended the SFDF 9th Annual Symposium on 24 May 2011 in Dundee.
Hosted in conjunction with the Institute of Food Science and Technology and The
Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland, 'Your Food. Your Health. Your
Industry: Working together for change' focussed on debating the contribution of
the food industry to public health. Government, regulators, the industry, NGO's
and academia all provided their unique perspectives on the topic which invoked
debate and discussion amongst the delegates.
